firemadz,
I saw them on the "Three thousand Toys" Diecast Masters pages and I'm sure that DHS will store them as well. The Cat vintage tractor appears to be in 1/16 scale (with and without canopy), while Trail King 3-axle lowboys will be with and without outriggers (solo and with tractors) and will be 1/50.
I hope it helps. Guy

Hello,
Per other websites, there will be three versions of the Caterpillar Twenty being released.
Part #85654 should be the 1/50 version of the Caterpillar 20. It will be in a display box similiar to the evolution series.
There will be a 1/16 version as well and very limited (250 pieces) expensive 1/12 version.
There is also a 1/16 version of a Caterpillar 25 painted yellow which to me looks almost indentical to the 20.
The new lowboy is listed on numerous other retail sites. It will be available as a tractor trailer combo or just the trailer sold separately.
I'm sure DHS will carry all of these items.

Aw man, I was hoping for maybe some next gen skid steers or paving models (pavers/rollers), they seem heavy into dozers and loaders which I get is a core of Caterpillars legacy. Would be cool to see class 5-7 trucks in the PACCAR line up too.

Nice to see Trail King trailers added to the 1/50 market. Maybe we’ll see some 3 or 4 axle side dumps and belly dumps in the future.
Are you an enviromentist, or do you work for a living?

I am really looking forward to the 1/50th scale Cat Twenty model, if I only buy one model next year that will be it. I have the Norscot 1/16th scale version already and I have two real Caterpillar Twenty crawlers awaiting my attention as well. I would like to see Diecast Masters do an expo version though I think that would be neat to see. i really am surprised the the Twenty doesn't seem to get as much as other tractors from Caterpillar. I would think with it being the first fully designed tractor by Caterpillar it would get more love than it does. Flickr Photostream
