Nice reviews Ian, of the ZX470, and the Wirtgen W35dc a few pages back. I like how you cover every aspects of the models.

Great review Ian, just wish Norscot hadn't dropped the ball on this one so badly!!! Linked drive wheels so both tracks move together and the angle cylinder mounting are 2 of the 3 reasons I won't be getting this model. You'd think Norscot would step up to the plate and start matching the others on the detail and proper functions of their models!! I mean NZG can make a model like the Volvo EC20C with as much functionality as the EC460 in that small machine so why can't Norscot??
Oh well ranting here but Thank you again Ian it was an eye opening review and I found out something else about this model I didn't know about (the tracks being tied together by a common axle!!
Oh and just to say, even my other half is extremely disappointed with this Cat D5K2 model and she is a big Cat fan!!!! I won't repeat the whole statement she made after she saw the review but let's just say she sounded rather like a crane operator when the cable jumps the pulley on the boom head with a hook load!!
Dain
I'm a kid at heart, so I will play with any model construction vehicle from 1:87 scale to 1:1 scale!!!!
Age is a state of time NOT a state of mind!!
