The van Santen actually looks better in the flesh than it does in the photos. My wife and I also agree that the Hegmann is also under estimated. In the flesh it really is a beautiful looking truck. But I think my favourite TGX so far is the Colonia. I don't know why but I just really like this model. Perhaps it is the chrome wheels that non of the others have?

And yes, YOU MUST BUY MORE or otherwise regret it forever Teeth

Here is the Senn AG set from LTM:

I had bought a Tekno 3 axle trailer for this DAF XF but the orange did not match anywhere near as well as I had hoped. Guess it will have to go to the spray shop at some point Think RH mudguard is also a little wonkey so I will sort this out in due course.

But as far as the models go, they are a real nice addition to the LTM portfolio and carries on with the 'something a little different' train of thought.

Thanks for looking,

Three more models arrived today.First up is the Max Wild 10x4 Volvo, which is a model and wasn't really sure about buying but I got a deal and actually, I am very happy with it:

Next up is the Rens de Bruyn Scania, which I think is one of the nicest Scanias from WSI to date. Even comes in a custom designed box!

Thanks for looking,

Looks like a job for Bigcranes!!!!,the Rens de Brugn scania looks superb, but not too sure about the exhaust stacksThink Think

Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

... It's better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak up and remove all doubt

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

One the way already, along with several others. I will post them eventually in some truck stop scene, or convoy, but not seperately. That has been beat to death.
Mark
Oh yeah, I like the stacks, but that is a personal preferance!Teeth

That would be cool to see. I have often thought that it would be a great idea to display all my models in some kind of Bauma exhibition type lay out, but doubt I'll ever achieve that!

Well it really feels like Christmas today! I have been waiting sooo long for these models that I required therapy to calm me down last night :woohoo:

But I have got over my euphoria and have taken some pictures to share.

First up is the Volvo FH16 8x4 in the livery of Wiesbauer:

A great model and will be a great partner for the forthcoming Grove 4100L, 5095 and LG1550.

Next up is the Scania R620 10x4 in the livery of Karner. I hope Ray does not get too upset at the number of axles :P

Another great looking model that I think is enhanced by the fact that the forklift is an actual load for this rig. The load only cost £20 as well Smiley

And finally what I can only described as the mother load! The mighty Mega Windmill Transporter in the livery of Torben Rafn! In my opinion, the best looking MWT to date. If the Karner did not send Ray into convulsions due to the number of axles, this one certainly will

Thanks again for looking,

Bug,
Max Wild does not come with a trailer, which was at the request of Max Wild.

So.......

When is some maker of models going to do with American style rigs what WSI is doing with European tractors, a variety of liveries and colors?Think

Dam I like that Thomas Herron Scania. I like the twin staks on the back, they look more like the proper Eminox.

Some excellent new editions there Drool
Had to keep away from spending too much last month or so but do have one coming this week. It was either to be the Weisbauer or the Torben Rafn, and as I don't have an MWT yet...Teeth

Have to say the Karner is a little 'boring' although still a nice model. Wonder what other liveries the 5 axle Scania could have as I would like to add that tractor unit at some point.

Torben Raft is one good looking Truck and the livery simple yet stylish ..now the tricky part how much did you pay for it? I been saving some money in my piggy bank for the Volvo VN from WSI and the KW from TWH and after seeing this pics I guess the new stereo for my car will have to wait!
