The only model - to the best of my knowledge - with functioning windscreen wipers:

Mercedes-Benz 600 Pullman W100 4x2/2 car (Hornby-Corgi Toys model, to be modified(*)),

Note (*): insert tubes will be added to increase the width between 2 wheels of the same axle.
