I'm not fully aware of Dutch local heavy haulage legislative requirements, but I suspect that an escort will be needed for that kind of transport. As escort duties for "light oversized" loads were privatized in Europe a few years ago, I assume that this escort could be private, but it needs to be confirmed (by someone in Holland?).

Guy tell Jean-Francois he did a great job replicating that redi mix plant. Also thanks for sending the pictures of the real plant. That is how I built mine, I had pictures from a plant in Ma. l believe. It was over 20 years ago and was for sale, so I had them send me pictures of it. My wife cleaned the cellar about 3years ago and I think they were either thrown out, or she forgot where she hide them on me.

Guy what brand of trucks are the most recognized on the roads in your country? Ours roads most recognizable brands are probably Mack, Kenworth, Peterbuilt, Freightliner, Volvo and recently Western Star.

Not the Freightliner cab over however, sorry Quinellaliner.

- 5+ tonnes trucks registered in 2017 have increased by 4.6% split into: carriers (+12.6%) and tractors (-1.3%). Final 2017 number should be approx. 48000 units,
- Renault: 28.1% shares of the market,
- Mercedes-Benz: 15%,
- Volvo: 12.5%,
- DAF: 11.6%,
- Scania: 11.4%,
- IVECO: 11.2%,
- MAN: 9.9%.

Guy thanks for the information on the brand of trucks on your roads, and it is very factual. I was just figuring you would go by what you see when your cruising around. Your second bus shown is what they used to run around here in the city, which were probably all replaced in the early 80s. I also like the Scania R 143E cab over very powerful looking.
